1. Webinar Registrations

All sales are final. No money will be returned.

When you register and pay for a webinar hosted by Rejin Ravi Consulting, your payment secures your spot. Because digital access, materials, and administrative arrangements are finalized immediately upon booking, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any webinar purchases under any circumstances.

2. Consulting Services

Payments made for consulting services, advisory sessions, or any other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the consultation slot has been booked and confirmed.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing a webinar you have paid for, please contact us prior to the start of the session so we can assist you with access. Failure to attend a webinar due to technical issues on your end, scheduling conflicts, or missed communications does not qualify for a refund.
